K Taping

K tape can also be used for joint support, such as the knees, ankles, elbows, wrists and shoulders, as well as correcting posture such as rounded shoulder. K tape is also used for swelling and aiding lymphatic flow. Many athletes use tape while participating in sports or for training to avoid injuries and facilitate movement. However, taping can be used on anyone, from pregnancy, to support the growing bump to tightness due to an office job!
